Thank you for choosing Restoration Brighton for your furniture needs! We are delighted to provide beautiful, handcrafted pieces or restored gems for you and offer nationwide delivery across the UK. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the process.

Delivery Area:

We offer delivery to mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, or Northern Ireland. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery area, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and fragility of your order, as well as the delivery location. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For larger or more complex orders, we may need to provide a bespoke shipping quote. In such cases, we will contact you after you place your order to discuss the options and confirm the final shipping cost.

Delivery Timeframes:

As our furniture is handcrafted to order, production times vary. Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided on each product page. Please note these are estimates and can be subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as material availability, order volume, and courier delays. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the estimated delivery date.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery partners will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Alternatively, we may contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date. Our standard delivery service operates Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We will endeavour to accommodate your preferred delivery date and time slot where possible.

Delivery Process:

Our delivery partners will deliver your item according to their policies and procedures. Please carefully check for any damage before signing the delivery note. If you notice any damage, please make a note on the delivery note and inform the delivery team immediately. Any problems with your delivery, please get in touch, photographic evidence of any damage is also helpful.

Missed Deliveries:

If you are unavailable to accept delivery on the agreed date, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. If our delivery partners are unable to deliver your order due to no fault of our own (e.g., no one is home), we may need to charge a re-delivery fee.

Damaged Goods:

In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the damage and arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
